Episode 109: Return of the Flying Saucer-Bros

Just the two of us. You and I. Paul and Seth unite to talk about a mass amount of comics in this one.

But first they dip into a letter sent by listener, Andrew or @adcustom. They talk about regret. We all have some of those. I know I do...

Anyway, then they start off the long-running What's Up With Seth segment by talking about the Star Wars spin-offs, and who is directing them. They also talk about a Dr Strange movie and some other garbage.

Then they get into some comic reviews. Together, as one they review Original Sin 3, The Wake 9, and Iron Fist 1. It's beautiful. Then they sail through a fistful of reviews before entering their spaceship of love and soaring off into the cosmos, arm in arm. Hand in hand.

Find them on twitter @jollygreen05 and @sethbreedslove or the group account @ancillarytweets. They also have an instagram... run by Ethan. Beware... Send letters to letters@ancillarycharacters.com and find them online @ancillarycharacters.com. They also have a Facebook and probably a myspace and a linkdin and whatever else you kids have going on now ya rascals.

Episode 108: Days of Future Past

This week the guys discuss the hot new Hugh Jackman movie, X-Men Days of Future Past!

But first they do some other stuff like read letters, endure another Whats Up With Paul segment and more.

That's all the show notes I'm down for writing this week.

Find us on the web at ancillarycharacters.com or send us letters to letters@ancillarycharacters.com. Find us on Twitter @ancillarytweets or on Facebook.com/ancillarycharacters.

Episode 107: Evil's Not Forever

This time, on Ancillary Characters... Seth is away, and the guys are lettin' it all hang out.

Paul, Allen, and Ethan discuss everything from Spanish Art to those crazy Google image searches. In What's Up with Paul, he tries to keep the show on the rails, only to disover that, even with Seth out of the picture, this segment will never be anything more than "What's Up with these guys trolling Paul into a corner?"

In Take It or Leave It, the boys review (and spoil) Forever Evil #7, so if you haven't read it yet, you might oughta just save this one for later. But if you have, join us as we shower it with... love? Also, we actually manage to present an entirely comics based TIoLI segment! Who knew we still had it in us?

Thoughts? Let us know at: letters@ancillarycharacters.com
Also, guys... iTunes reviews. Seriously. We need them.

Episode 106: Godzilla

Run for your lives! The Ancillary Characters return to talk about the mother of all Monster movies, Godzilla.

But first they have to survive Paul's latest What's Up With Paul. He asks them what they think of the long Flash trailer and the photo of Ben Affleck as Batman and some other stuff.

Then they talk about Godzilla with G-Fan writer Mark Matzke, a real-life Godzilla expert. Did they like the movie? Find out!

Episode 105: Amazing Spider-Man 2

Hot diggity! These swell fellas you know as the Ancillary Characters just put out their keen episode all about Amazing Spider-Man 2!

On the plus side these show notes are going to be a breeze to write.

There's a letter at the start of the show from listener Mark Matzke about the Ohio Bigfoot Conference.

The what's up with Paul segment is stimulating as always. I've completely forgotten what it was about...

Moving on to the Take it or Leave it, which is entirely devoted to Amazing Spider-Man 2. Dig it.

Find us on the webs (get it?) at ancillarycharacters.com or on facebook.com/ancillarycharacters. Or on Twitter @ancillarytweets. Send us your letters to letters@ancillarycharacters.com.

That about wraps 'er up. Peace.

We talk about DC's Future's End as well as a handful of other titles.

Then Allen reviews a Johnny Depp movie.

Then we talk about Zack Snyder's Justice League movie and the recent changes to the ComiXology Apple device apps.

Seth recounts his adventures at the Ohio Bigfoot Conference as well...
